# Sanciones

### Existen tres tipos de Strike:

***

* **El (1/3 demote/pequeño)**. Significa que el delito cometido no es tan grave y a los 3 strikes se le bajara de rango (Ej. Si tiene Mod sería bajado a Trial Mod).

1. Strike <mark style="color:green;">\* | Un error lo puede tener cualquiera.</mark>
2. Strikes <mark style="color:yellow;">\*\* | Ya hay que preocuparse un poco.</mark>
3. Strikes <mark style="color:red;">\*\*\* | Demote de rango.</mark>

* **El (1/2 expulsión/grave)**. Significa que el delito cometido es grave, si llegas a 2 se te removería el rango de Staff.

2. Strikes <mark style="color:orange;">\*\* | Debes tener mucho cuidado.</mark>
3. Strikes <mark style="color:red;">\*\*\* | Expulsión del Staff.</mark>

* **El (1/2 inactividad)**. Este tipo de Strike se explica en mayor profundidad en [Entradas y Salidas](/staff/guias/entradas-y-salidas.md#que-es-el-strike-1-2-inactividad).

2. Strikes <mark style="color:green;">\*\* | Hay que tener cuidado.</mark>
3. Strikes <mark style="color:red;">\*\*\*</mark> <mark style="color:red;">| Demote de rango.</mark>

### ¿Qué pasa si tengo 1 Strike grave y 2 Strikes pequeños?

Valor de los Strikes en ese caso:

* 2 Strikes pequeños = 1 Strike grave (Esto solo es así si el Staff ya tiene 1 Strike grave).

Si el Staff no tiene 1 Strike grave antes pero si tiene 2 Strikes pequeños no se le convertirá el uno grave, solo que si llega a 3 se le demoteara de rango.
